Due to the nature of the complex products we offer we cannot guarantee that
the specification may not differ slightly from the description and pictures provided.
Please use these as a reference only.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog,
and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will
be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Switch. We do not charge for any item
until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are
shipped. On Credit/Debit Card statement the payment will show up as "Rock
International"
Shipping And Handling Shipping is £3.50 UK mainland excluding channel
Island, northern ireland, offshore island and scottish highlands
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your
order to you within 3-5 days but please wait upto 14 working days.
Whilst Rock International endeavours to meet agreed delivery times and schedules
we cannot always guarantee them due to third party couriers. We shall not be
liable for any consequential losses due to delayed delivery times.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will
always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not
wait.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software
when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and secured server. They are
only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text
on any web site.
Guarantee All products are guaranteed by manufacturers warranty
The warranty does not include labour or transportation charges.
No liability can be accepted for consequential or special damage.
Returns: Rock international want you to be comfortable ordering online and
have therefore developed a policy that provides you, the shopper, with peace
of mind. Here's how it works:
Firstly, you must notify Rock International within 7 working days of receipt
of the goods if you intend to return/cancel all or part of your order.
1) Cancellation. if you wish to cancel your order delivery charges may have
already been incurred by us and therefore you will be refunded less these costs.
The goods must be new, unused and in original packaging intact (including shrink
wrap). The perfumes should not be used.
2) Where incorrect, damaged or faulty goods have been supplied, these will
be replaced at no charge to you, or a refund offered. Subject to goods being
in original packaging and un-used in any way.
Refunds will be processed upon proper receipt of any return. Your statutory
rights are not affected.
3) Other returns will be accepted if received within 7 (seven) working days
from date of initial delivery (ie when the delivery note was signed).
The definition of a "Other" return is an item that you decide is
not suitable or that you decide you simply do not want.
Although initial delivery may have been provided free of charge, we will refund
'Other' returns less the cost of delivery.
Perfumes must be returned in their original packaging and unused including
shrink wrapping, otherwise we will not accept delivery.
Prior to returning any item to our offices you must notify our sales team of
the item/s you are returning and the reason you are returning them, the customer
service department will provide you with an RMA.
Any damage found on receipt will be notified to you within 48 hours and the
cost to remedy such damage will be deducted from the total refund provided.
You are urged to ensure goods are insured when returning them to us for this
reason.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
